Class Description
Yolanda will help you discover your grace and beauty through the timeless dance of the Middle East and develop poise at any age or weight with this ancient form of movement and expression.  She also discusses cultural understanding of the dance form and music.  The beginning class includes warm-ups and stretching, strengthening exercises, basic dance skills, and combinations as well as veil.  In the Intermediate class you continue improving your dance skills and you will learn finger cymbals, veil and other dance props.

What To Wear To Class
